Aussie homeowner finds a way to keep house on $500,000

A Sydney homeowner who bought a $500k home for her husband after her husband’s death said she didn’t have any plans to sell it and decided to keep the house on for her.

The $5.5 million, 1.1-acre house on the beach is being sold for $1.6 million.

The family has been living in it for five years.

“We had two boys who would be six and seven and we were very happy,” said the woman, who has been called an inspiration by her family and friends.

The house on The Beach in the Central Coast.

The couple have been looking to buy a house for the past six years.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom house was built in 1929 and was the largest home in the suburb of St Albans.

The property sits on a five-acre lot with a pool, a beach and the beachfront.

“I’m not really sure what’s going to happen with this,” said Sarah McAlpine, who’s been working as a housekeeper in the house since she started working there in 2014.

“But it’s been great.”

The family said the house is still the same size as when they bought it, but they have plans to move in next year.

McAlpine said the home’s value is only $1,600 a month.

“We’re happy here,” she said.

“It’s like having an extra room, like a bath.

You don’t have to leave the house.”

The house has a swimming pool and a large patio.

The family plans to install a full-size deck, which they said would allow them to have access to the beach.
