When will I be able to afford a home in Australia?

Posted May 12, 2019 04:03:31The average monthly cost of a standard house in Australia is $5,812, according to the latest official data released on Friday.

A house is a property that is usually built on a certain site and typically includes a roof, garage, utilities, a garden, and the like.

The average cost of the average Australian home is $2,972, according the latest Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) figures.

It’s worth noting the ABS data does not include some of the more expensive areas of the country such as Perth and Sydney.

The data released by the ABS shows the average price of a detached house is $928,921 in Sydney, $1,058,769 in Melbourne and $1.7 million in Canberra.

There are differences between the states and territories.

In Western Australia, the average house price is $1;5 million, while in the Northern Territory, it’s $1 million.

It is not clear why the ABS decided to report the figures so quickly.

The agency’s figures will be used by the federal government and other governments in assessing how much money is spent on housebuilding.

There is also a difference in how much housing is built.

In NSW, an average house is built on about 3 per cent of the total land, while Queensland has about 8 per cent.

While it is not entirely clear why a change was made in the way house prices were calculated, it could be due to a change in the calculation of the amount of land for the state.

For example, a large amount of farmland is used for housing and the state could be making an effort to be more efficient in the use of land in order to save on costs.

The ABS is currently conducting a review into the cost of housing in Australia.
