More than two million people have been hired in the hospitality industry, according to a new report from the Association of American Hotel and Restaurant Professionals.
And that’s just in hospitality jobs.
The report says more than 3.4 million people are now employed in food service and catering, or in the production of beverages, food and beverages.
The number of hospitality jobs is on track to be higher than last year, when more than 1.5 million people were hired in hospitality.
This is a time of intense interest in the industry, particularly among younger workers.
This year, the number of job openings is expected to be 4.7 million, up more than 8,000 jobs from 2016.
This is a huge jump in jobs.
In 2017, there were just 5,700 vacancies in the sector.
The job growth is particularly impressive given the recession.
The overall unemployment rate was 8.3% in December, the lowest since February of 2008.
This year’s surge in jobs is driven by the increase in the number and variety of restaurant jobs.
More people are looking for jobs as more restaurants open and more people flock to work.
The hospitality industry has also seen the number in restaurants rise in recent years.

The job growth, according the report, is also contributing to an overall increase in guest traffic to restaurants.
While hospitality jobs are a big part of the overall job market, they are growing at a rapid pace.
More than 7,000 new restaurants opened in 2017 alone, according it.
And the job growth in the country’s food service industry is even faster.
Restaurants are growing faster than their food services counterparts, with a 20% increase in 2017 compared to 2016.
The hospitality industry is also seeing a steady increase in hospitality graduates.
According to the report , more than 10,000 students have earned hospitality degrees in 2017.
The numbers are higher than the national average of 8,500.
The jobs in the food service sector are particularly good.
The majority of hospitality graduates go on to other careers, and more than 50% of hospitality workers are in hospitality management roles.
