Better Housekeeping actress Lauren Ash has told USA Today that if the “Housekeeping” franchise’s rumors about her demise are true, she’ll return to the show.
“There’s a lot of stuff that’s true,” Ash said in a recent interview.
“There’s just not a lot that I want to talk about because it’s not the story I want.
It’s not something I’m really passionate about.”
Ash is one of the few Housekeeping cast members to speak out against the franchise.
In a series of tweets, Ash has called the rumors “baseless” and said she has not spoken to the cast since “the day of the first season” because “it’s a very busy schedule.”
In March, Ash said she was not ready to speak about the rumors, saying, “I haven’t even been back to LA yet.
I’ve only been in New York.
And if I had to go to a house in LA, I would.”
The series’ creators have not released a comment on Ash’s statement, but the actress has been vocal in her support of the show’s fans.
“I love Housekeeping.
I’m a big fan.
I love the show,” Ash tweeted on March 8.
“And I want the truth to come out, so that I can be the person I want.”
Ash and her co-star Katee Sackhoff, who plays the show creator, were both rumored to be leaving the show, but Ash has not publicly commented on the reports.
